Jodi Schwartz is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in Aesthetic Injectables, Business Development, Capital Sales and KOL Management in the global pharmaceutical and luxury brand medical aesthetic industry. She is a top sales performer, aesthetic leader, and strategic marketer with a proven track record of launching over 20+ new products and indications, as well as exceeding performance targets on shared strategies and goals.
Schwartz has been recognized nine times as a Presidents Club and Leadership Council winner at Allergan Aesthetics and Elli Lilly. She was also chosen as Senior Business Consultant for Allergan Japan KK in Tokyo, where she launched Botox Cosmetic and developed the marketing and sales strategy which resulted in the largest growth business in the APAC. Schwartz has a talent for identifying local, national, and international thought leaders across the Aesthetic Marketplace to drive multi-million-dollar sales.
Schwartz is currently the Founder and President of Beauty Advisors Group with offices in NYC and Florida. She previously held responsibility for the sale and launch of multi-million dollar brands, including Botox, and fillers including the Juvederm family of fillers. She has developed multiple centers of excellence with top thought leaders in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Medspas. Schwartz identified Key Opinion Leaders to launch the sales of all of her products and build in marketing programs to help them hit double if not triple level growth. Prior to this role, she was the District Sales Manager for a leading laser company in Florida and Puerto Rico, where she led the Florida team to sell over $1.5 million in lasers and RF devices.
At Allergan Aesthetics, Schwartz was the Executive Business Development Manager in New York City. She was the #1 Nationwide in Botox and Fillers at the end of Q2 2022, and managed to sell and grow over $12 million in business in injectables in 2021 when she won another sales award of Champions Circle. Schwartz achieved an increase of over 70% in sales with the largest account in the NE through strategic marketing and retention plans. She partnered with cross-divisional teams to sell and develop marketing plans with the Body Contouring division and Plastic Surgery.
As a Senior Business Consultant at Allergan Japan in Tokyo, Schwartz led the launch of sales, marketing, and training for Botox Vista. She developed a sales model to train the Japanese sales team and successfully identified new market opportunities to include large chain clinics, which still account for over 50% of the business. Schwartz partnered with the marketing team to develop and implement value-added programs to utilize with the sales team, and identified KOLs within Japan to become trainers, speakers, and peer influencers.
Schwartz began her career at Eli Lilly and Company as a Senior Sales Representative, Institutional Neuroscience in New York City. She identified business opportunities in key accounts and implemented business plans to increase sales and successfully launch new products, while increasing market share with the current portfolio. Schwartz won several awards at Eli Lilly and Company, including the 2007 Recognition Award, the “Peer Award” voted by colleagues, and the 2005 Winner President’s Council Award for the top 1% of sales results and leadership.
